Do you provide free consultations before we decide on a home care professional?

Yes! Please contact us to schedule a meeting.

If 24 Hour Care is required, what will that look like?

We typically assign several caregivers, all of whom have met the client beforehand. The goal is to provide consistent, comfortable care around the clock.

What should I consider when choosing a home health care provider?

You should ask questions that are important to you, such as how does the provider select and screen employees?

Are your practitioners certified professionals?

While not required, our caregivers are sometimes CNAs and HHA's.

I like the idea of my loved one staying at home, but how do I know she is safe there?

We screen our employees with background checks and with references. We also have a Registered Nurse who oversees all care.

How do you screen and hire caregivers?

We conduct thorough background checks including local and national criminal records, driving record checks, and verify eligibility for employment.
